Locally owned - Proudly serving Chula Vista and the surrounding area. Join the positive, fun, hard-working team at Compass Gymnastics! Our customer service associates are responsible for providing friendly, engaging service and support to all families, visitors, and staff. Other duties include assisting with registration and billing both in person and over the phone, keeping the lobby and all common areas clean, promoting programs & events, and supporting coaches when needed. This is a long-term position - we are NOT hiring seasonally. Prior customer service experience required - minimum two years. Strong computer skills required. Must be available to work Mon 3:15-7:30pm, Wed 3:15-7:30pm, and Sat 8:45am-1:30pm every week. Additional shifts may be available as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Prior experience with children preferred. We will provide training for supporting our classes & coaches! Must have the physical ability to interact in group activities and perform physical skills including stocking supply cabinets. Must love working with awesome families, children, and coaches!
