Job Description

NovaScale Consulting Inc. is a sales and development firm in San Diego, and we're looking for a Customer Service Team Member who enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences. In this role, you'll engage with customers at community events and pop-up locations, answering questions, providing information about available wireless products and services, and helping customers find solutions that best fit their needs. As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll receive training on wireless plans, devices, and customer support best practices. You'll work directly with customers to understand their concerns, explain available options, and provide personalized assistance in a friendly and professional manner. The Customer Service Team Member plays an important role in building trust, resolving questions, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Role Responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Member Participate in event-based outreach to connect our customers with practical, affordable mobile solutions. Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening and thoughtfully responding to customer questions and concerns. Generate sales opportunities by engaging our customers in sales conversations about affordable wireless services and their benefits. Help customers navigate available options while ensuring a smooth and supportive enrollment experience. Establish rapport through genuine sales interactions that reinforce confidence and customer satisfaction. Support overall sales goals by promoting awareness and adoption of accessible mobile connectivity solutions. Qualities of a Customer Service Team Member Organized manager of inquiries and enrollment for mobile plans. Eager to apply educational sales techniques that prioritize accessibility. Creates genuine connections, making affordable data discussions helpful. Demonstrates integrity and transparency in all ethical sales practices.
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,350.00 per week
