What You'll Do (The Exciting Part!) You'll be at the center of our studio operations—supporting both new client growth and the day-to-day experience of our existing members. Drive Membership Growth Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and book intro stretch sessions Present memberships and packages in a personalized, engaging way Guide prospects through the decision process with confidence and care Create a Seamless Front Desk Experience Greet clients warmly and check them in for sessions Schedule appointments for new and existing members, ensuring optimal studio flow Answer phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm Keep client accounts and schedules organized and up to date Support Client Retention & Relationships Follow up with first-time visitors and inactive clients Assist members with scheduling, questions, and overall experience Build genuine relationships that encourage loyalty and referrals Be a Studio Team Player Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Collaborate with the team to hit studio goals and create a positive culture Balance sales responsibilities with daily operational support

Who You Are & What You Bring:

You thrive on communication and love the energy of a goal-oriented workplace. Sales Superstar (plus but not required): You have commission-based sales experience (fitness, wellness, or retail preferred), with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

You're comfortable and confident handling high-volume calls, turning questions into solutions and interest into action.

Your personality is naturally outgoing, positive, and energized by interacting with a wide range of people.

Competitive Base Pay:

Uncapped Commission:
