We're hiring a Customer Care Representative to support a growing wireless enrollment campaign that helps eligible individuals access mobile phone and wireless services. You'll help customers stay connected to work, school, healthcare, family, and emergency services through affordable wireless solutions. What You'll Do as a Customer Care Representative Meet directly with customers in assigned locations Explain available government-supported wireless services, mobile plans, and device options Assist customers with eligibility verification, enrollments, account setup, and activations Answer questions regarding available services, account information, and program benefits Recommend services based on each customer's communication needs Maintain accurate customer records and enrollment documentation Deliver outstanding customer care, customer service, and customer support during every interaction Contribute to customer engagement, enrollment goals, and overall team performance What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Comfortable working directly with customers throughout the day Interest in customer service, sales, customer care, account management, or community outreach Reliable, organized, and willing to learn Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, healthcare, warehouse, or sales is helpful but not required What You'll Gain Hands-on training and ongoing coaching Experience in customer service, customer care, sales, enrollments, and account support Performance-based commission opportunities Advancement opportunities based on performance A supportive team environment focused on professional growth
