We are looking for someone with strong trucking/logistics experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the flow of freight operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage shipments for LTL, FTL, and drayage operations Prepare, verify, and process shipping documentation including: Bills of Lading (BOLs) Invoices Customs paperwork Schedule freight pick-ups and deliveries with carriers and drivers Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment updates Ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of transportation documents Provide excellent customer support and problem resolution Qualifications Previous experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics customer service Knowledge of LTL, FTL, and drayage operations required Familiarity with shipping and customs documentation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with solid computer/data entry skills
