Job Description

Description:
RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers.
Job duties:
Providing technical on-site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries. Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support requests. Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
Must be willing to travel within the United States (all travel expenses will be covered by the company). Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with lithium batteries preferred. Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
