In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met. Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills. Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document interactions and generate reports as needed. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Skills Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment. Proficient in data entry with excellent typing speed and accuracy. Familiarity with sales techniques and an understanding of the sales process is beneficial. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
