This position serves as the primary point of contact between our customers and warehouse operations, ensuring orders, shipments, inventory, and customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Process and monitor customer orders within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Provide customers with updates regarding orders, inventory, receiving, and shipments. Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure customer requirements are met. Investigate and resolve order, inventory, and shipment discrepancies. Create and process work orders, inventory adjustments, and special customer requests. Monitor customer deadlines and service requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Communicate operational issues, delays, or exceptions to customers in a timely manner. Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, or distribution. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
