We are looking for motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team! Customer Service Team (CS Team) Korean & English Bilingual Required Job Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in Korean and English. Track shipments and provide delivery status updates. Communicate delivery schedules and estimated arrival times to customers. Coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including BOL and POD. Resolve delivery delays, freight issues, and customer concerns. Enter shipment information and maintain accurate records. Follow up on customer requests and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Fluency in both Korean and English is required. Entry-level candidates are welcome. No prior experience required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and a responsible work ethic. Previous trucking, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus
