Job Description

Our client, a third-party logistics company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Rancho Dominguez, CA . In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and serving as a key communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and prioritize incoming customer orders Verify inventory availability in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Create work orders and process orders through WMS and EDI systems Prepare shipping documentation, print labels, and generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) Route orders and schedule pickups with carriers and logistics partners Provide timely order status updates to customers and respond to inquiries promptly Update tracking information and maintain accurate shipment records Coordinate with warehouse personnel to resolve order issues and discrepancies
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, or transportation preferred Experience with WMS and EDI systems preferred Strong computer skills including email and data entry Excellent communication and organizational skills
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate:
$19.00•$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00
PM Pay:
$19.00•$20.00 per hour
