What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help Accurately log key customer information that will ensure life-saving services are delivered promptly & to the right place Provide exceptional customer service for billing, account updates, cancellations, and more Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product setup with patience and clarity Respond promptly to alarm signals and account inquiries, ensuring smooth service delivery Collaborate with your team to onboard and train new hires, sharing your knowledge and expertise What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in phone-based customer service or call center roles High school diploma or equivalent Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy, 35+ WPM with 0 errors Strong communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring critical information is captured flawlessly Familiarity with Salesforce.com and UPS systems is a plus!
