Client Success Representative:
Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right AT&T wireless solutions Walk customers through products, services, and promotions so they can make confident decisions Handle new service enrollment and make onboarding smooth and simple Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism in every interaction Build relationships that keep customers happy and coming back Hit performance goals tied to sales and customer success Stay sharp on AT&T's latest products, pricing, and promotions Grow your skills with real paths into team leadership and account management What We're Looking For in the
