Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused order processing/ Data Entry/ Customer Service Representative to join one of our warehouse located in corona and norco area, The candidate will be responsible for accurratly processing customer orders, entering data, providing exceptinal customer service and supporting daily administrative operations Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately using inventory management software and ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, stock movements, and order statuses Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts safely for load & unload activities Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and trade compliance documentation Maintain precise data entry records for all transactions, stock movements, and order updates Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and preparing items for shipment Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and company policies related to trade compliance Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment tasks such as picking & packing and inventory replenishment Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while maintaining quality standards Contribute to warehouse safety protocols during load & unload operations and daily routines Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, MRP) is essential Hands-on experience with shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and use of equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts is advantageous Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus Basic math skills necessary for accurate counting, measurements, and calculations during order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Join us to become part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.
