This Customer Outreach Associate position focuses on working directly with customers to provide information on services available, answer questions they may have on products, and assist with enrolling them into suitable services and closing sales orders. The Customer Outreach Associate role will involve strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to adapt in diverse settings. The Customer Outreach Associate is responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting product knowledge in a clear and effective way, and guiding individuals through the enrollment process. This position involves customer interaction, problem-solving, and ensuring a positive experience for every person assisted.
Customer Outreach Associate Responsibilities:
Interact with potential customers to explain available services and enrollment options. Support customers by actively listening to their requests and tailoring proper solutions. Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and ensure clarity in presenting service benefits. Deliver professional presentations that build trust and encourage successful support, sales and enrollment. Address customer questions and concerns while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Document and track customer interactions to ensure accurate reporting to track all sales orders for a successful delivery. Collaborate with management to understand outreach and support strategies and improvements. Demonstrate leadership qualities by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
Customer Outreach Associate Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, sales, client support, hospitality, or similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain .information clearly. Bilingual is a plus. Motivated to learn, adaptable to changing situations, and eager to develop new skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Time management skills. Must be 18+ years old to apply
