Job Description

Overview Customer Service Representative with strong domestic air and ground forwarding experience, and a solid understanding of international requests, sought for company specializing in the transportation of high value products . Individual will work within a team environment and be assigned to one or more accounts. Account management will include interacting with the customer, registering orders on the mainframe, monitoring orders from inception to final delivery and updating orders for billing. Our customers require constant communication; follow-through and strategic planning are extremely important for this position. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems for customers, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication. Coordinate and monitor domestic air and ground shipments from booking to delivery. Assist with international requests, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance support. Track, trace and resolve exceptions or delays, keeping customers informed. Work closely with operations, sales and carrier partners to ensure smooth freight movement. Support billing and documenation accuracy. Requirements Experience in domestic air and ground freight forwarding is required. Familiarity with international forwarding requests and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high volume environment. Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability.
