About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) with exceptional communication skills and a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively across teams to deliver top-tier service and ensure our customers' satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, video, and email. Manage customer requirements through online portals and internal systems. Enter and maintain accurate order information in the ERP/MRP system. Provide post-sale updates, order status, and application support. Coordinate schedule changes, purchase order revisions, and work order updates. Communicate daily production priorities with managers, planners, and leads. Track project progress to provide customers with timely status updates and reports. Support sales and forecasting through order tracking, backlog analysis, and performance metrics. Maintain high data integrity and meet departmental turnaround times. Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning and file organization. Assist with additional duties as needed in planning, scheduling, or production support. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Prior office or customer service experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$18
- 23 per hour (depends on experience)
