Job Description

We are hiring motivated individuals for our Entry Level Management Associate position. This role is designed for someone who wants to build leadership skills from the ground up by first mastering face-to-face customer engagement and learning the day-to-day operations of our client campaigns. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management role. Every team member starts at the entry level, working directly with customers in person to develop communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills before moving into training, team oversight, and management responsibilities. As you grow within the company, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to lead small teams, train new hires, assist with campaign development, and attend workshops focused on professional growth, leadership, and client relations. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Management Associate Engage with customers face-to-face and provide professional, upbeat customer support Educate customers on available products and services while helping guide enrollment and account setup Learn daily campaign operations, customer acquisition strategies, and team management fundamentals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity Participate in hands-on training focused on communication, leadership, and business development Assist senior team members with onboarding and mentoring newer employees as you advance Attend leadership workshops and development meetings for our client campaigns Work alongside management to understand territory planning, team performance, and growth strategies What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management A positive attitude with a student mentality and willingness to learn Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Someone interested in long-term growth into leadership and management opportunities Customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or team leadership experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Hands-on training from experienced team leads Clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles Ongoing mentorship and professional development Leadership workshops and networking opportunities A fast-paced, team-oriented company culture Real-world experience in customer relations, team development, and campaign management
