Plant Operator — Robertson's Ready Mix (Corona, CA) Robertson's Ready Mix is now hiring entry level Plant Operators for our Corona, CA location. We are seeking dependable, safety‑driven individuals with experience in the operation, maintenance, and inspection of stationary aggregate equipment used in ready‑mix concrete production. About the Role As a Plant Operator, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain safe, efficient operation of the plant's aggregate handling systems.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Overtime and Saturdays as needed Morning and evening shifts available!! Key Duties & Responsibilities Operate stationary aggregate equipment — Run conveyors, hoppers, feeders, crushers, and material transfer systems to maintain consistent material flow for batching. Perform routine and preventive maintenance — Lubricate bearings, inspect belts, adjust tensioners, replace wear components, and support scheduled shutdown maintenance. Conduct equipment inspections — Complete daily walk‑throughs and document conditions of conveyors, motors, gearboxes, screens, and dust‑collection systems. Monitor plant controls — Operate control panels, monitor system indicators, and adjust feed rates to ensure efficient production. Troubleshoot mechanical issues — Identify abnormal noises, vibration, or performance issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams. Maintain safety and compliance — Follow OSHA, MSHA, and company safety protocols, including lockout/tagout, PPE use, and hazard reporting. Support batching operations — Assist with material loading, silo monitoring, and coordination with dispatch and drivers during production cycles.
