Job Description

Mallard Marketing, a recognized sales and client services firm in the Riverside area, is expanding and hiring a full-time Client Support Representative to support a major telecommunications campaign.
Our focus is simple:
help our clients grow their reach while ensuring customers have access to reliable, affordable connectivity. As a Client Support Representative, you'll represent programs designed to make essential communication services accessible to everyone - regardless of income level. Through in-person outreach, the Client Support Representative plays a direct role in connecting customers to wireless plans with no contracts, no hidden fees, and dependable service. Your Responsibilities as a
Client Support Representative:
Engage with customers at local events and retail pop-ups to introduce available wireless programs and services Explain plan features, pricing, and benefits clearly so customers can make informed decisions Recommend options based on each customer's usage needs and eligibility Guide customers through enrollment steps, ensuring accuracy and a smooth experience Maintain organized records of interactions, applications, and completed enrollments Build positive, professional connections that support long-term customer satisfaction and repeat sales opportunities Work with other Client Support Representative team members to meet event goals and maintain consistent sales performance Key Skills & Qualifications of a
Client Support Representative:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Client Support, Hospitality, or a similar client-facing role Ability to stay organized while handling multiple conversations and enrollment steps A motivated, goal-oriented mindset in a performance-driven environment Team-focused attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively Ability to commute to our onsite Riverside office location daily What's in it for you?
