Job Description

Overview We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to build a long-term career in a professional auto body shop environment. This is a customer-facing front desk role where communication, organization, and follow-through are key to success. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in keeping the shop running smoothly. Responsibilities ( training provided ) Greet customers and create a friendly, professional first impression Answer incoming calls and assist with questions about repairs and services Help customers through the repair process, including insurance claims and vehicle check-in / check-out Provide updates to customers on vehicle repair status Follow up with customers to schedule repairs and convert estimates into jobs Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding approvals and payments Open and manage repair orders in our shop management system Perform general office tasks (scanning, filling, ordering supplies, etc.) Assist with basic accounts payable (vendor payments, invoice matching) Take before and after photos of vehicles A Key Part of This Role A big part of this position is following up with customers and helping them move forward with repairs. This isn't high-pressure sales, but you should be comfortable guiding conversations, making recommendations, and helping customers take the next step. What We're Looking For Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping people Strong communication skills (phone and in person) Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day Reliable and consistent with a strong work ethic Willing to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company Preferred (not required): Customer service or front desk experience Auto body collision repair or automotive experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) ❌ This Role May Not Be a

Pay:
