The role We're hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Culver City office. The position can be part time or full time. You'll be the first person our customers talk to, on the phone and at the front desk, and you'll help them with payments, policy changes and questions. This is an in-office position. We do not offer remote or hybrid work, and we can only consider applicants who live within 30 miles of Culver City, CA. What you'll do Answer incoming calls and greet customers who come into the office Take payments and answer billing questions Help customers with policy changes, documents and proof of insurance Follow up with customers on renewals and missing paperwork Pass new quote requests to our sales agents and keep customer records up to date What we're looking for Customer service experience, in an office or call center Insurance experience is a plus but not required. We provide training Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Clear, friendly communication on the phone and in person Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems Must live within 30 miles of Culver City, CA and work in the office Schedule and pay Part time or full time, Monday to Friday during office hours (8am-6pm).
