Customer Service/Sales Representative

Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services Provide exceptional customer support by listening attentively and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, promote special offers, and build lasting relationships with clients Assist clients with data entry tasks, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and customer information using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, maintaining proper cash handling procedures Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, answer questions clearly, and guide customers through purchasing processes Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions to support analysis and continuous improvement Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English plus at least one additional language; multilingual skills are highly valued Previous experience in sales or customer support roles; call center experience is a plus Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and active listening capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy for data entry and communication tasks Ability to handle outbound calls effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Good analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Experience with cash handling and typing accuracy for transaction processing and record keeping Embark on a rewarding career journey where your energy fuels success!
