Overview and Essential Position Responsibilities:

The Entry Level AT&T Representative role provides you with the opportunity to master product knowledge and refine your sales techniques through relationship building and customer experience. As a company, we have introduced technology services that have revolutionized our customer's lives, and this comes from the support of our Entry Level AT&T Representatives. The Entry Level AT&T Representative is also responsible for leading and managing customer-facing teams, driving customer satisfaction, maximizing customer retention and implementing sales strategies effective to expand our client's consumer base.

Entry Level AT&T Representative Responsibilities:

Create and maintain customized high-quality service presentations to customers by actively engaging with them and listening to their product and service requests Be an expert on all Client product and service offerings by training with lead Representatives and Managers Assist in the complete sales order for all customers to ensure the customer has a superior experience with our client and the service they are receiving; this includes and is not limited too placing the sales order, entering the customers contact and confidential information, tracking the product delivery and/or the complete installation of service Addressing and overcoming customer inquiries and questions with thoughtful solutions, leveraging your product knowledge to close sales effectively Accurately tracking and documenting all sales activity, customer interactions, referrals, and outcomes into the CRM system which allows for regular performance reports to management and improvement opportunities Consistently striving to meet and exceed client targets, contributing to the overall success of the company

Entry Level AT&T Representative Qualifications:

Experience as a customer service, sales, customer success, or equivalent roles Experience collaborating with a product team Active listening and communication skills Exceptional relationship management skills with proven experience expanding customer base Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude Capacity to prioritize client and customer matters making sound and timely decisions
