A growing healthcare services provider is seeking a Call Center Representative to support patients, providers, and internal departments through exceptional customer service and communication. The organization is looking for a dependable and professional individual who can effectively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering a positive customer experience.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Patient SupportHandle a high volume of inbound and outbound callsSchedule appointments and update customer informationAnswer questions regarding services, account information, and general inquiriesDocument interactions accurately within company systemsEscalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessaryAdministrative SupportVerify and update customer recordsAssist with email correspondence and follow-up communicationMaintain call logs and documentationSupport department reporting and administrative projectsPerformance & Service ExcellenceMeet service level expectations and productivity goalsDeliver professional and courteous customer service at all timesMaintain confidentiality of customer and company information
