Job Description

Exciting Opportunity:
Join Quality Chevrolet of Escondido as a Service Advisor. Great job opportunity with strong income earning potential with a busy north county GM dealership . The job includes but is not limited to: Service write up, assisting customers identify required services, documenting inspection findings and up selling recommended repairs. Prior dealership experience and knowledge of Reynolds is a plus. Must be able to operate vehicles of different sizes, manual and automatic transmissions. This role provides an excellent foundation for advancing within the automotive field. Why Work With Us?

Semi-Monthly Qualifications:
Driver's License:
Must have a valid driver's license
Drug Test:
Must be able to pass a drug test
Transmission Experience:
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly preferred
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities:
Assist customers and maintaining organization in the service drive Safely move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop and other dealership areas Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures Promote effective working relationships with associates, customers and departments Follow dealership procedures for vehicle delivery to ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores Assist fellow dealership personnel to support the overall functioning of the dealership Be prepared to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
