We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and help customers find the right products for their projects. Job Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with product selection and project planning. Recommend and sell cabinets, range hoods, appliances, windows, doors, and other home improvement products. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media. Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales orders using QuickBooks and company systems. Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales opportunities. Support online orders and assist with basic product listing updates. Maintain showroom appearance, displays, and product information. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and repeat customers. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and close deals. Basic computer proficiency; QuickBooks experience is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow. English required; Spanish and/or Vietnamese language skills are a strong plus. Previous experience in home improvement, construction materials, cabinetry, appliances, or retail sales preferred. Ability to work weekends as needed.
