What You'll Do:
Process customer orders, forms, applications, and service requests accurately Communicate with customers via email, phone, and meetings to provide updates and support Track production status across departments to ensure accurate delivery commitments Enter and maintain data within MRP systems Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and provide feedbackWhat You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in customer support or customer service roles 1+ years of experience with data entry and MRP or ERP systems 2+ years of experience managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, and communicating with customersWhat Sets You Apart:
Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn technical product details Experience working cross-functionally with production or operations teams Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfactionAdditional Information:
