Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional with 1-3 years of customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional support to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role will work closely with the Sales team and fellow Customer Service Representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders received via phone, email, and other communication channels. Accurately enter and update customer information and order details within the company ERP system. Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries. Collaborate closely with the Sales team and Customer Service department to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Review orders for accuracy and completeness before processing. Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate customer concerns when necessary. Follow up on open orders, customer requests, and outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution. Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-3 years of customer service, order entry, administrative support, or related experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. Comfortable learning new software systems and technology; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
