Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Customer Guru, where your energetic presence and exceptional customer service skills will create a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for guests, helping them order and navigate our large menu. We are a small mom-and-pop boba shop located in the heart of Fullerton! We have many regular customers and are looking for someone excited to learn and willing to work hard to join our team. You must have a great ability to work well as a team, great customer service and a "go get it" attitude. We run a drama-free environment here, where we believe our employees self care is VERY important. Pay to be bumped up to $17.50 an hour once probationary period is over.
