Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at South Bay Auto Auction. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless auction experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone and email. Get Recon approval. Handle direct problem cases or take care of with corresponding departments. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated records. Provide requested documents, floor prices/High floors, title request, etc. Audit internal processes, aging recon, missing/pending titles, etc. Review follow up of holds. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and gather feedback. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or support roles . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions to customers. Basic data entry skills with attention to detail.
