Job Description

The Customer Service Rep role involves processing orders across multiple product lines and ensuring accurate, timely communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Process sales orders, customer invoices, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to confirm product specs and terms
  • Track orders and provide updates to customers and sales
  • Support timely customer payments and vendor payables
  • Manage back-orders and follow up on all open orders from start to finish
  • Handle foreign currency conversions (EUR, JPY, CHF ?
USD)

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAGE, SAP) Room for growth, great team working environment.
