- Handle a high volume of customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Provide bilingual customer support by answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing customers to the appropriate resources.
- Accurately document customer interactions, call details, account updates, and follow-up actions.
- Research customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting call quality, productivity, and service expectations.
