The Member Services Representative works directly with customers in person, introducing wireless services and helping people complete the sales and enrollment process. This Member Services Representative role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and gaining hands-on sales experience. As a Member Services Representative, you'll guide customers through simple sales conversations, answer questions, and help them get started with services that fit their needs. We provide full training so every Member Services Representative can build confidence in sales, customer engagement, and communication skills.
