Duties Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and giving correct change Manage food service customer orders with precision, ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures Support food preparation tasks as needed, including operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all food industry safety standards are met while delivering excellent customer service in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage cash handling and retail sales transactions accurately Strong understanding of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Proven customer service skills with the ability to upsell products and create positive interactions with guests Experience operating kitchen equipment and supporting food preparation is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-notch customer experiences!
