Steadfast Trust is hiring an Event Customer Service Representative to join our San Bernardino team. This is a face-to-face, in-person role where you'll represent T-Mobile at local events and promotional activations. You will work on-site at community events, pop-up booths, and brand activations, introducing customers to T-Mobile wireless products and service plans, answering questions, and assisting with new sign-ups and upgrades. As the primary point of contact, you'll drive sales through high-energy outreach while creating positive customer experiences that build trust, loyalty, and long-term brand awareness through real human connection. Event Customer Service Representative:
Represent our clients' products and services directly at pop-up events, retail activations, and community outreach initiatives Deliver top-tier customer service and sales support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and supporting sales conversations Promote services for our clientele and assist in completing customer sales transactions Maintain a professional and friendly presence as an Event Customer Service Representative Report customer feedback to help improve sales strategy and service quality We're Looking for anEvent Customer Service Representative Who:
