Position Overview We are currently hiring a customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our growing team in Inglewood, CA. The Client Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attendees, and business partners. This role focuses on providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout event and project operations. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns Support event registration and attendee assistance when needed Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients Track customer interactions and prepare service-related reports Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($20.00 - $29.00/hour) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Training and professional development programs Team-oriented workplace culture Work Location Inglewood, CA (On-site)
