BILINGUAL

- Spanish/English and has a background in at least property & casualty insurance or willing to get licensed , and enjoys using a variety of communication channels (in-person and online) to discuss how insurance can be used to solve customers' problems. The Insurance Agent will primarily be responsible for educating potential clients on the importance of insurance and helping them find the right policies for their needs.

Responsibilities:

Clerical related duties as needed. Flexible work hours Service review of policies to clients. Pay close attention to details. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks. Maintain good relations with clients. Be a leader and mentor to junior insurance agents.
