Cashier/Customer Service Representative

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their order. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including balancing registers at shift end Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance customer experience and sales performance Maintain clean and organized merchandising displays; stock shelves as needed Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves and merchandising products Qualifications Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are a plus Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, stocking shelves, and moving merchandise Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes a difference!
