  • Full-time Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering day-to-day customer support by managing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication across departments.
This role ensures customer satisfaction by accurately processing orders, handling inquiries, coordinating logistics, and resolving complaints. The position involves frequent interaction with customers via phone, email, and internal communication tools, while also serving as a key link between departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Transportation, and Accounting. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders, including adjustments and account maintenance Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and ensuring follow-up Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment, delivery, and documentation Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and changes Respond to calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally Assist customers with product information, pricing, and promotions Handle special requests such as cancellations, returns, recalls, and manual orders Track and manage pending tasks and ensure timely completion Support cross-functional teamwork and assist with workload balancing Communicate payment or billing-related issues with the Accounting team Generate reports related to orders and customer history Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of relevant work experience Experience in the food industry preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures and work collaboratively Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Full-time, on-site role Reports to a supervisor within the

  • 23 per hour Compensation is based on experience, expertise, and qualifications Schedule Monday
