The Client Services Specialist will be out and about, engaging our clients in person and building relationships that drive brand awareness and account growth. As a Client Services Specialist, you'll have one goal in mind: making every client and in-person sales interaction indistinguishable. Same professionalism. Same warmth. Role Responsibilities of the Client Services Specialist Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, embodying Verizon's brand values while uncovering sales opportunities through consultative conversations. Provide tailored guidance to clients, helping them understand the benefits of Verizon's services and making sales decisions. Work with Client Services Specialists to develop sales strategies to enhance client acquisition and support Verizon's sales goals for market expansion. Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and to explore additional sales opportunities, such as service upgrades or expansions.
