Must be organized, detailed, creative and a self-starter with prior sign or print shop experience.

JOB TYPE

OFFICE Hours:

Monday-Friday (8am-4pm) Current Hours are (Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm 40 hours a week) Position will require reporting to On-Site, Professional business attire dress code

RESPONSIBILITIES NOT LIMITED TO

Assist walk-in customers and answer phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Work with customers from start to finish. Recommend products to customers, provide quotes, enter new orders, gather design project information and utilize point of sale system to process payments. , excel ,word , quickbooks . Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed or directed by client. Respond to feedback in a timely manner. Work within tight deadlines. Set-up Print Ready Files for production. (Pre-Press) Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times. Follow up on quotes and leads to help convert opportunities into sales identify customer needs and recommend label products and solutions utilize Microsoft excel , word , outlook and quickbooks prepare job files and assist with pre-press and production setup maintain a clean , organized, and professional office environment generate new business opportunities through daily outbound cold calling and prospecting

QUALIFICATIONS

must be comfortable making outbound cold calls and actively prospecting for new business opportunities Creativity skills with attention to detail. Bilingual/Biliterate (English/ Spanish) preferred . Must have excellent grammar skills. Must be a Team player and be able to work with little supervision. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Ability to work independently with excellent organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Sign/Print Industry experience (3+ years preferred).
