Your Role As our entry-level Customer Service Representative I (CSR I), you're the friendly voice and helpful hand for both customers and co-workers.Think:
answering phone calls (with grace), processing orders (with precision), and helping us keep our operations smooth (with style).THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION.
What You'll Do (aka "Your Daily Superpowers"): Phone & Front Interaction- Answer incoming calls like a pro, lend a friendly greeting to visitors, and master voicemail and paging like a champ. Service Coordination
- Field onsite service requests (cart repairs, cleanings, etc.) and forward them to our Service Dispatcher—keeping the train running on time. Order Processing
- Learn our product lineup— from carts to parts to displays—and enter orders accurately. Data & Billing
- POP orders into Sage, match shipping documents, log ship dates, tracking details, and ghost costs—then submit for review. Record Keeping
- Keep invoices and essential paperwork tidy with regular filing.
