Customer Service Representative

1 Greets all showroom and service customers answering any questions relating to their needs and concerns. 2 contacting customers for retention and loyalty opportunities. 3 Participates in community activities with product knowledge. 4 A successful Guest Relations rep needs the product knowledge, professionalism and empathy that customers look for today. Communication is extremely important in a team-building with the guests. 5 Records all guest interactions - name, email, and phone number. 6 Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.

• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner. Maintains professional appearance. 7 Answers all inbound profit center calls - sales, service, parts and body shop.
• Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
• Make CSI follow-up calls.
• Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
• Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns No prior experience! We will train and coach you for success.
• State Sales License, very easy to obtain within a day or two

Valid Driver's License Pay:

$23.77 - $28.63 per hour
