Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via email, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Promote and sell products or services confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist clients with product information, order processing, and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools. Support client services by managing follow-up communications and ensuring timely responses. Process transactions accurately, while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience:
Previous Sales experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse clients. Experience in sales or client services that demonstrates persuasion and relationship-building capabilities. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
