Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient use of resources and timely completion of field inspections, as well as providing exceptional support to clients and various departments within the company.
Responsibilities Customer Service Representative:
Sales-Oriented Communication:
Answer calls with a sales mentality, promoting our services and converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.
Client Support:
Provide an empathetic ear to clients, helping them understand the services we provide and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Coordinate Scheduling:
Efficiently schedule field inspections, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely task completion.
Calendar Management:
Organize and maintain a comprehensive calendar for inspections, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and managed.
Administrative Support:
Offer administrative assistance to various departments, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in scheduling and administrative roles, preferably within a similar industry. Excellent sales skills with the ability to promote services and convert inquiries into appointments. Great communication and interpersonal abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Motivated, team-player attitude Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
