This role is critical to our dealership's reconditioning and inventory readiness processes, and you'll play a key part in ensuring our vehicles are front-line ready, fast and flawlessly. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain internal service workflow for pre-owned vehicles, including reconditioning, inspections, and repairs Communicate clearly with sales managers and service technicians to coordinate vehicle status and timelines Ensure all internal repair orders are completed efficiently and in accordance with dealership and OEM standards Maintain detailed tracking and reporting on internal vehicle pipeline and costs Work with internal techs and support staff to achieve daily and weekly targets Work closely with parts department to ensure timely parts ordering and returns Help establish and enforce best practices for reconditioning processes

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as an Internal Advisor in a high-volume dealership Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and service teams Deep understanding of the automotive reconditioning process and timelines Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred Valid driver's license
