Summary We are seeking 2 to 3 part time Customer Service Associates / Cashier to join our team at 3B's Truck & Auto Plaza. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience while handling transactions efficiently. We need serious applicants who come to work when scheduled and be on time. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Quickly process transactions accurately using cash registers and 2 different POS systems. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and stock shelves as needed. Organize merchandise on shelves, front face and stock cooler Stock cups, lids, condiments, make coffee, wipe counters, clean doors/entrances/windows Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly. Assist in inventory management by restocking items and keeping track of stock levels. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in gas station and retail service is preferred. However we will train. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Basic knowledge of retail math is a plus. A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
