You will handle everything from the initial greeting to final delivery, ensuring that every customer receives clear, honest, and expert advice regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities Customer Consultation:
Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and ask follow-up questions to help diagnose mechanical issues.
Estimates & Work Orders:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor, and translate customer concerns into clear work orders for our mechanics.
Sales & Recommendations:
Review vehicle service history and inspection results to recommend necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.
Workflow Management:
Schedule service appointments, monitor the status of vehicles in the shop, and provide regular updates to customers.
Issue Resolution:
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure all services are performed to the shop's quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
At least [1-3] years of experience in the automotive or service industry preferred.
Mechanical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of automotive systems (brakes, suspension, engine diagnostics, etc.).
Communication:
