Customer Service Representative - duties include Greet customers either by phone or in person Direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals Respond to inquiries regarding services and answer questions regarding any requests or issues Assist with scheduling assignments Maintain customer base continually Operate business machines Compile copy, sort, and file Other projects and duties as assigned Must be bilingual - Spanish Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access Good communication skills Good attendance Good listening skills Good attitude California drivers license
