- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Uphold company values and service standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Proven customer service experience or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software or similar tools.
