As the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, you will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and proactive communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Uphold company values and service standards in all customer interactions.
  • Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Proven customer service experience or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software or similar tools.
